Tica did a Black Panther Party for my son Karter, her attention to detail was superb, my wife and I were in awe when we walked in. She was even able to get a real black panther at the party (No idea where it came from, as these are rare animals) She is a shinning star in this industry. Do your party some Justice and hire her.
